Quality Assessment of Natural Juices and Consumer Preferences in the Range of Citrus Fruit Juices

The purpose of the study was to analyse and update consumers’ changing preferences in choice citrus fruit juices evaluate sensory physicochemical characteristics two kinds juices: juice squeezed from raw a commercial indicated by respondents as best matching their preferences. survey conducted form an online posted on app.ankieteo.pl. also sent via link through social networks. A total 862 people took part survey. Consumers are most likely consume one three times week (28.3%). Orange popular among (52.4%). main factors influencing decisions purchase type which made, vitamin content product’s price. In choosing juices, were guided favourable health qualities presence minerals. From determinations orange obtained juicer squeezer “O”, it found that quality consumers is comparable made with or juice.
